All of our inspections are in accordance with the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board Standards of Practice. The reports are detailed and will include evaluations for all components/systems in the house listed in the Standards of Practice. Any hazards or safety concerns not outlined in the Standards of Practice that were observed during the inspection will also be noted. After the inspection is complete we will give an oral report to the client if present. This is the ideal time to ask questions and state any concerns. Your questions are essential and give us the perfect opportunity to help you understand certain components of the house. If you are not satisfied or feel that we did not accomplish our goals we will refund you the price of the inspection. This is how serious we take our job and we want to make sure we not only meet your needs but exceed your expectations.
