Keith Roberts, Owner and Lead Inspector, NC License #4628

Background

Keith Roberts is the owner and lead inspector for Be Safe Home Inspections LLC. He operates under NC Home Inspector License Number 4628. Keith has acquired a broad range of skills that has helped him develop a comprehensive understanding of many components and systems within a home. Keith’s passion for residential construction started in his teens. During the summers Keith would help his uncle with his handy-man business in Raleigh. Each job was different, ranging from cleaning gutters to helping install windows and doors. Keith received his B.S. degree in Engineering from Auburn University and began working for a large electrical engineering consulting firm. While working there Keith completed the necessary coursework to become an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector. He completed extensive field training with the Treasurer and former President of the NC Licensed Home Inspector Association (NCLHIA) and passed the NC Home Inspector Licensing Exam to become a licensed home inspector.

Hobbies

When Keith is not inspecting homes he is inspecting bee hives. He and his lovely wife Brooke enjoy beekeeping. So much so that they decided to open up an online store selling all natural products with ingredients from their hives. Check out www.beegroomed.com to see their full line of products. Keith also enjoys fishing, hiking, and pretty much anything outdoors. In their “spare time” Keith and his wife are working on remodeling an old farm house, which seems to be taking a little longer than expected.
